About This Data
The statistics on this page are calculated from real TRREB/MLS listings synced via the Ampre IDX feed. Active listing prices represent current asking prices, while sold prices come from closed transactions accessed through our VOW (Virtual Office Website) agreement.
Median asking prices reflect the middle list price of currently active properties in each city, and median sold prices the middle of actual closing prices. We report medians rather than averages because a small number of luxury listings pulls an average well above what a typical home in the area lists or sells for. Days on market (DOM) is the average time properties were listed before selling or being taken off market.
Data is refreshed every 4 hours from the TRREB/Ampre API. Historical trend charts will be added as we accumulate more data over time.
